We collect only the information necessary to provide, support, and improve our services:
Personal details: Name, phone number, national ID info, date of birth
Device information: Device type, operating system, IP address, unique identifiers
Usage activity: Login times, app screen interactions, crash logs
Location (if permitted): Used to verify your location for eligibility and fraud prevention
Contacts (optional): If granted, we access a hashed version of contact names and numbers only – no messages or media
Uploaded files: Photos or documents submitted for identity verification
These permissions are optional and only used to improve service or support key features. You can revoke them anytime in your device settings.
Camera
Used to capture a real-time photo of your identity document or a selfie during the verification process.
Retention: The image is used once for identity confirmation and then deleted or archived securely as required by law.
Photo Library / Gallery
Used to allow you to upload an existing image of your national ID, proof of address, or other required documents.
Retention: Files are reviewed only for KYC compliance and are deleted from temporary storage after verification.
Location (GPS or network-based)
Used to ensure you are applying from an eligible region and to detect possible location-related fraud.
Retention: Only your latest approved location point is temporarily stored and not kept beyond its need for fraud checks.
Contacts (optional)
Used to access encrypted, limited meta-data (contact names and phone numbers only) for creditworthiness modeling.
Retention: We never store the full contact list or content. All data is anonymised or discarded after analysis.
Advertising ID / Device Identifier
Used to deliver in-app messages and assess general app performance. Not shared with advertisers.
Retention: Retained only as part of app usage logs and cleared periodically.
We do not access your messages, media files, call logs, or audio content under any circumstances.
