Pesa Bora is a mobile platform that allows eligible users to:
Apply for personal loans
View loan terms and repayment schedule
Receive funds and repay using a mobile wallet
We may modify or suspend features to meet business, technical, or legal needs.
You must meet these conditions:
Be between 20 and 58 years old
Be legally able to enter a binding contract
Have a valid national ID
Own a local mobile wallet
Provide true, accurate information
We reserve the right to suspend access or reject applications for any violation of eligibility or data misuse.
Some features require creating an account. You are responsible for:
Providing accurate, current information
Keeping your password secure
Notifying us if you suspect unauthorized use
We are not responsible for losses caused by your negligence in safeguarding your account or device.
We handle your data according to the Pesa Bora Privacy Policy. By using the app, you consent to data processing for:
Identity and credit checks
Loan processing
Legal compliance
App functionality and fraud detection
Here’s how the process works:
Fill out your personal and financial details
Choose your loan amount and repayment term
Review full cost disclosure (we never charge fees; APR max is 22%)
Submit the application
If approved, confirm and receive funds directly to your registered mobile wallet
Repay the full amount (principal + interest) on or before the due date
Early repayment is allowed with no penalty
Missed payments may lead to additional interest, credit reporting, or recovery efforts
If you need help, contact support before the due date
You agree not to:
Provide false or misleading information
Use the app for illegal purposes
Try to access other users’ data or interfere with system operations
Tamper with or reverse-engineer the app
Violate any local or national law
Violations may result in suspension, termination, or legal action.
All content in the app—including software, logos, text, and visuals—belongs to Solemn Finance and Leasing Private Limited or its licensors. You may use it only for personal, lawful purposes. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part without our written consent.
The app is provided “as is.” We make no guarantees it will work perfectly at all times or be error-free. To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim liability for any losses caused by your use or inability to use the app.
We may update or discontinue parts of the app at any time. If the app is shut down, any outstanding loan obligations still remain payable under the agreed terms.
These terms are governed by Indian law, under the jurisdiction of courts located in New Delhi. In case of a dispute, we encourage you to contact our support team first. If the issue cannot be resolved, legal remedies may be pursued through local courts.
